Why are my Leaf plates wrapped in plastic?
It's the first question that may come to your mind. What an irony that these eco-leaf plates are wrapped in plastic! Being a leaf, they absorb moisture from the environment and, without a barrier, may get moldy. We have tried other options like plant-based cellulose but not much success so far, and we didn't stop trying.

We would love to hear back any suggestions or recommendations in this regard.

What are Palm Leaf Plates and Tableware?
The Palm Leaf Tableware is made from naturally fallen leaves of Areca Palm/Betel-Nut palm.

How Sustainable & Eco-friendly is the Eco-Palm Leaf Tableware?
Our Leaf Tableware is made from naturally fallen leaves. No trees are cut down during the process. An Areca Palm tree sheds about eight leaves a year, making it a sustainable and renewable resource.

No chemicals/Sealants/ binding agents are used during the manufacturing process and molded into shape using only heat & water, thereby retaining its natural qualities.

Is Natural Palm leaf Tableware Compostable?
Yes, 100% compostable in your backyard compost bin; feed it to your worms in a worm farm or on the soil as mulch. Being a Brown waste would add Nitrogen to the ground. You don't need a commercial composting facility to do so.

How long would it take for the Palm Leaf Plates and Tableware to break down/Compost? 

Like every organic matter, the duration of decomposition depends on quite a few factors like the composting process used, humidity, heat, etc. It may take from 6-8 weeks to break down entirely depending on the time of the year too.

End of life, like all organic matter, will break down without leaving any residue behind.

What currency are the prices do I see on the site?

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
While we strive to send your stylishly sustainable dinnerware as fast as possible, we ask that you please allow us one to three business days to process your order; however, orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed on Monday. We ship with a primary carrier in the USA, So delivery can take anywhere between 1-7 business days after processing the order.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after seven business, please email us at info@bosnal.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. It would help if you shipped it back at your own expense; once we have received the product, we will refund the total amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at info@bosnal.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
