While we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, please allow one to three business days for processing. Orders placed on Fridays after 2 PM EST will be processed the following Monday. Delivery within the USA typically takes 1–7 business days after processing.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number after seven business days, please reach out to us at info@bosnal.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have a 30-day period to return the item for a complete refund. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and upon receiving the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.
