Wood forks need more R&D

I bought wood utensils and compostable paper products for this year's National Night Out celebration with a goal to move my neighborhood to zero landfill waste. I watched people struggle with the forks, trying to pick up food as pourous as cake and food as dense as cucumbers. The wood forks were a frustrating experience. I won't use wood utensils again until I see improvement.

It saddens me to write this review.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the wooden forks didn't perform as expected. Our utensils are made from 100% natural birch wood and are designed to be a compostable alternative to plastic. Because they contain no synthetic chemicals or plastic additives used to increase flexibility and strength, they may perform differently than conventional plastic utensils. We truly appreciate your commitment to sustainability and value your feedback as we continue improving our products.

I ordered these for our office catering event. The spoons worked perfectly for soups, desserts, and side dishes. I will definitely order these again for future parties and gatherings. Overall, the quality exceeded my expectations and worked wonderfully for both hot and cold foods at our event. This was review number 3 from our customer experiences.
