The order was shipped immediately on our end; however, due to severe storm weather during transit, the carrier experienced unexpected delays, which caused some packages—including yours—to arrive later than originally scheduled.

While our products are manufactured from plant-based, compostable materials, we do not advise burning them. Combusting disposable items—including compostable products—can produce smoke and emissions that are not suitable for people or the environment. Commercial composting remains the recommended end-of-life option where available; otherwise, disposal in regular waste is appropriate if composting facilities are not accessible.
